OUR LIBRARY OF ALEXANDRIA

A Figma library for
the ages

Overview of a large library (1200+ components) created for multiple teams at HashiCorp

Starting in early 2024 I worked with brand team leadership and account management stakeholders to determine the following:
What brand elements are actually used
What does web dev need (so we can all work out of the same file)
Who our current company partners are
How are these assets currently organized? Is this working?

The most challenging part of this was getting the most up to date list of current partners across zones and verifying that they’re logos were up to date. In total there were over 250+ partners.

The library as a whole contains:
Colors/gradients
Corporate logos
Product logos
Partner logos
ERG logos
Initiative logos

I’m currently working on adding self-serve components for ease of use and greater consistency across assets.

Built with usability in mind

Each logo had variants that covered the vast majority of use cases. This also extended to our partner logos (over 250 companies).
